Sales Director – US Remote

 

Adludio is leading the charge on attention-based digital advertising. Using AI and machine learning trained on thousands of campaigns from the world’s largest brands, Adludio designs, delivers, measures, and optimizes ad campaigns to maximize user engagement and ad spend efficiency.

 

We’re looking for a Sales Director to manage and build a pipeline of media sales opportunities, selling complex solutions and programmatic deals to Tier 1 agencies and brands. You will work closely with the SVP of Sales to define and execute appropriate sales strategies.

 

Responsibilities

●     Build a pipeline of opportunities and close new deals.

●     Develop a deep understanding of the prospect’s / client’s business, their pain points, and their goals. Position Adludio as the optimal solution to those pain points and goals.

●     Evangelize Adludio as a consultative partner that delivers world-class, attention-maximizing digital ad campaigns.

●     Build effective relationships with both brand direct and agency partners, with a guiding focus on multi-threading and engaging the C-Suite.

●     In addition to net new business, work closely with the Account Management team to expand existing business.

●     Be consistently disciplined with sales forecasting and track all sales opportunities through our CRM.

 

Requirements

●     8+ years of experience in AdTech or digital media sales. Experience partnering with the Big Four media agencies is a STRONG plus.

●     Strategic thinker, with the ability to articulate and translate brand / agency pain points into compelling solutions.

●     A hunter mentality, with demonstrated hunger to build and nurture a pipeline across both new and existing accounts.

●     Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

●     Strong internal locus of control, with the motivation to independently solve problems and to constantly learn.

●     Contribute to a team culture of transparency, collaboration, grit, competence, and humility.

●     Must be willing and able to travel.

The base salary for this role is $140,000, with an uncapped commission structure.
