SaaS Marketing Manager

Mid-West, US

Adludio is an AI-driven technology company that is about to launch a unique platform powered by proprietary algorithms, set to disrupt the advertising landscape as we know it. Combining data-driven creativity, next gen technology and automation with pioneering engagement metrics, Adludio delivers privacy-compliant digital campaigns with engagement at its heart.

With offices in London and New York, Adludio is now looking to add a US SaaS Marketing Manager based in the Midwest to support our expanding team. This is a remote first role.

The Day to Day

As our US Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and activating sales lead generation strategies for Adludio US, and to understand and translate market needs into actionable campaign plans. If you haven’t done B2B demand generation before this role is not for you. 

You will partner closely with Sales teams, the global Marketing team in London and cross-functional teams to ensure all efforts are aligned from inception to launch and beyond — and communicated clearly and with empathy to all key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Marketing and Project Management, and a solid understanding of the Advertising market, the regulatory and privacy landscape and of Marketing B2B SaaS products. They will have a proven track record of driving successful product growth in a fast-paced SaaS start-up, with experience working closely with product development and sales channels. They must be able to thrive in a dynamic cross-functional environment and exhibit excellent critical thinking, analytical and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should have experience influencing stakeholders and demonstrated ability in structuring and leading complex projects with multiple teams involved. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to develop potential strategic partnerships and relationships with industry influencers.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts within the marketing department e.g. content in order to execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of competitor offerings, market trends, industry developments and target audiences to inform campaigns.
  • Partner with sellers and Cross-Functional teams to build & activate go-to-market strategies for Adludio in the US (including developing and managing processes, client communications, product documentation, internal and external collaterals, sales enablement & training, assess impact analysis and target list, etc)
  • Responsible for the awards strategy for responsible segments, managing the delivery of submissions for key industry awards, liaising with divisional teams to facilitate submissions for relevant awards and the internal and external promotion of awards won.
  • Maintaining brand and regulatory standards across all communications, following appropriate processes and guidelines.
  • Prioritize, distill and surface market intelligence and competitive insights to shape future campaigns. Represent voice of the internal and external stakeholders including qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications to leadership internally and externally

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of experience within product marketing, digital marketing, consulting, communications or internet technology
  • Excellent command of Hubspot Sales CRM.
  • Excellent command of the various lead generation tools, like social media, PPC, referrals etc...
  • Excellent command of funneling systems and retargeting
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-maker, experience in solving problems with data
  • Communicator with experience simplifying concepts with strong presentation skills

Established experience of:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Developing and executing campaigns targeted at Marketing C-Suite at large blue chip, consumer focused companies
  • Working in the US SaaS sector, preferably within the advertising sector.
  • Working with, influencing and directing senior stakeholders.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Technical knowledge – Must be able to demonstrate clear understanding of the products and markets within which Adludio operates.
  • Commercial acumen – Must have a commercial mindset and be driven by growth targets and KPIs.
  • Continuous improvement – Should demonstrate curiosity, resourcefulness, and creativity; continuously seek out ways to improve upon and elevate effective marketing strategies and where necessary challenge the status quo.
  • Organization – Must be able to multitask, manage and prioritize projects effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Autonomy – Must be able to work independently and use initiative.
  • People and technical skills – Must have excellent written and verbal English language skills and be comfortable working with individuals at all levels across the group.
  • Flexibility – Adludio is very much a ‘team’ environment and therefore there may be opportunities for the individual to take part in other marketing-related activities. The individual will be prepared to work with colleagues and assist, where reasonable, to achieve successful outcomes for the department and the business.
